Are you someone who constantly puts others’ needs before your own? Do you struggle to establish boundaries and find it difficult to say “no”? Perhaps you have been in a relationship where you felt responsible for managing another person’s emotions or constantly trying to prevent conflict. Whether at the workplace, in family settings or romantic relationships, did you lose yourself trying to “fix” someone?
If you can relate to these experiences, you are not alone. This self-help group is focused on codependent traits, with focus on relatives, partners, and other close individuals who are affected by narcissistic relationship patterns.
Whether you are currently navigating such a relationship or are processing past experiences, this self-help group aims to create an environment where every voice is respected, heard, and understood.
Whether you're familiar with terms like co-dependency, narcissism, or gaslighting, or if you're just beginning to explore these concepts, you're welcome here. Our group will meet every 14 days to discuss our journeys and empower each other to break free from unhealthy patterns. Through practical tools, we will focus on setting boundaries, fostering self-compassion, and creating balanced connections with others. Join us to thrive in relationships without losing yourself. (Please note that while this group provides valuable peer support, it does not replace professional therapy
